Lancaster, PA / Newark, DE - Jack’s Gym, the premier kickboxing gym in Delaware, has partnered with MMA Tee Company. Jack Murphy started the gym in 1994 continued to build and grow it up until he passed the reigns to current owner Brima Kamara. “We are excited to be working with a gym that produces so many champions,” Said John Brennan of MMA Tee Company.
Brima’s philosophy for Jack’s Gym is simple. “Train like a champion. Feel like a champion.” The gym produces many high-level athletes in kickboxing and MMA, but it also specializes in functional fitness workouts that build strength and endurance. Since the start of the gym in 1994 there have been 70 titles won with over 400 wins and only 50 losses in competition.
