Kayla Yontef Returns to the Cage on April 16th - New Fight Merchandise Available.
Lancaster, PA / Boise, ID - Kayla Yontef will be making her second professional MMA walk to the cage on April 16th in Boise, Idaho, where she’ll be taking on Riley Martinez at Front Street Fights 23.
Yontef and Martinez are both taking a 1-0 professional record into the cage.
“Kayla keeps improving as a martial artist, and it’s fun to watch her grow as she continues to fight,” said John Brennan of MMA Tee Company.
“Developing as a martial artist feels like developing my own aircraft. Fighting feels like taking it for a test flight. After each landing, I go straight to the drawing board. I spend weeks, and months solving any problems and improving my design with the team,” Yontef said.
“That’s my favorite part. Flying my plane is scary but I’m confident in it, I built it myself, and I trust it. I try not to think about being in the air but about building the best creation I can. Besides, flying is just a means to an end. At some point, the only way to further development is to fly. That point is now.”
