Lancaster, PA / Bridgeport, WV - Undefeated amateur prospect Lucas Seibert has signed a merchandise sponsorship agreement with MMA Tee Company ahead of his first amateur title fight.

Seibert (3-0) will be stepping into the cage against Preston Starcher (2-1) at New Line Cagefighting 16: Brawl at the Bridge to fight for the vacant bantamweight title.

“Lucas has a strong grappling background as a former WVU wrestler, and he continues to evolve as a well-rounded MMA fighter,” said John Brennan of MMA Tee Company. “We can’t wait to see what he’s been working on since his last fight.”

“Being able to compete for an Amateur Title in WV for New Line Cage Fighting on May 13th, exactly 1 year after becoming a first-generation graduate for WVU, is more than I could ever imagine,” Seibert said.

“The past year as an amateur has been something I could only conceive in my mind before. But I’m more than excited to fight for my first title and plan on making a run in the tri-state before going pro.”
