Lancaster, PA / Philadelphia, PA - Ryan Cafaro is set to headline Art of War 31 in a pivotal regional featherweight matchup on November 15th in Philadelphia, PA.

Cafaro (10-5) will enter the cage as the number-one-ranked professional featherweight in Pennsylvania and New Jersey where he will be fighting Matt Turnbull (6-4).
